Pelican Replacement Foam Sets

Replacement foam brings a worn Pelican case back to new, or lets you cut a fresh layout when your gear changes. Every set here is genuine Pelican foam made for one case model.

Finding the right set

Find the model number on your case (for example 1510, 1560 or iM2600) and pick the set with the same number. We list sets for Protector cases from the 1120 to the 1780, Air cases from the 1485 to the 1745, Storm cases from the iM2050 to the iM3410, and the V200 and V600 Vault cases. The 1700, 1720 and 1750 long cases also have re-set kits.

What comes in a set depends on the case, usually lid foam plus Pick N Pluck and base layers. Check the listing for what is included.

Using Pick N Pluck foam

Pick N Pluck foam is pre-cut into small cubes. Lay your gear on top, mark around each item, then pull out the cubes to make a pocket. Leave at least one row of cubes between items and keep the bottom layer whole, so nothing touches the case walls or floor.
