Pelican Trimcast Spacecase Storage Containers

Spacecase containers are designed and made in Australia by Pelican Trimcast. They are moulded from UV-stabilised polyethylene, so they do not rust or dent, and they resist dust, oil, chemicals and water. Ribs on the lid and base lock cases of the same footprint together when stacked.

Reading a model number

The number is the outside size in centimetres: length, width, then height. A BG110055045 is 110 x 55 x 45 cm. A suffix such as L08 or L30 gives the lid height outside (80 mm or 300 mm).

Ranges

Box General: single boxes in many sizes, from 30 x 30 x 20 cm to 215 cm long. They stack only on cases of the same footprint.

Modular 520/1040, Modular 550/1100 and Modular 620/1240: sizes built on one base footprint, so different cases in a series cross-stack and fill a pallet.

Front Opening: bin cases you reach into from the front while they stay stacked.

Insulated Box: thick-walled cases for keeping contents at temperature.

Trays and tray rails are listed with the cases they fit. Standard colours are blue and grey. Spacecase containers carry Pelican’s 5-year limited warranty.
