Pelican Transport Cases

The biggest cases in the Protector range, for heavy or bulky equipment such as lighting, audio, drones and survey gear.

Transport cases: the 1630, 1640, 1690, 1730 and 1780, and the extra-large 0500 and 0550. The 1730 is 86.4 x 61 x 31.8 cm inside.

Long cases: the 1700, 1720, 1740, 1750 and 1770, for tripods, stands, rifles and other long items.

They share the Protector build: an O-ring lid seal, an automatic pressure valve, fold-down handles and stainless steel hardware. All are watertight except the 0550, which is rated IP55 (dust and water resistant). Most have wheels; the 1730, 0500 and 0550 do not, though the 0500 and 0550 take an optional caster kit.
