Pelican Super-V Rack Cases

Super-V cases carry 19-inch rack-mount electronics in a smooth roto-moulded shell. The rack is a full-boxed steel frame 48 cm wide and 61 cm (24 inches) deep, with a square-hole pattern that takes 10-32 or M6 clip nuts. Cylindrical shock mounts on the case wall isolate it from vibration and impact.

We stock 3U, 4U, 5U, 7U, 9U, 11U and 14U. Pelican rates the 3U to 5U cases for 36 to 45 kg of equipment, and the 7U to 14U for 45 to 77 kg.

The front lid is 5.6 cm deep and the rear lid 13.2 cm, both sealed with a gasket and a pressure relief valve. Moulded-in rear edge casters and handles on the lid let you roll the case, and coupling catches hold stacked cases together. Super-V cases are made in the USA and carry Pelican’s 1-year limited warranty.

Who uses them

Touring and hire crews, AV installers, event IT and drone teams with standard-depth 19-inch gear such as amplifiers, wireless receivers and network switches. Pelican lists pro AV, music and entertainment, small office IT, mobile video, news reporting and drone control as typical uses.
